By day I lead business analysis, AI & digital transformation: turning tangled systems and ambitious ideas into governed tools a whole department trusts. The rest of the time I solder ESP32s, slice 3D prints, rebuild rooms, chase light with a camera and test jokes on strangers. All of it I built, or helped a team build.
