    • Built and led a Denmark–India team across 12 concurrent workstreams, holding delivery through a leadership transition and an unplanned senior resignation.
    • Established portfolio governance: clear decision forums, 20+ documented decisions, live risk and dependency management.
    • Led hiring panels and Q3 OKR planning; grew confident, self-driven team members.
    • Pioneered Copilot/Cowork to auto-generate full handover documentation when a specialist resigned with no backfill.

    • Leads the BI, automation and digitalisation agenda and acts as dotted manager for the India (Bengaluru) Project Systems team of data analysts, data engineers and a solution architect.
